Key achievements include re-energising the Royal School of Military Engineering Public Private Partnership, a 30 year £2.5 Bn project, and being awarded the Minister of Defence Procurement Excellence Award for delivering a £400m programme ahead of schedule.
Since leaving the Army in 2007 after 27 years service, I have been running my own consulting business, working with clients in most industry sectors, as well as with the public sector.
PRINCE2 Practitioner (2007), Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner (2007), MA in War studies (1993), GCGI in Military Technology (1992), BA (Hons) in Politics (1983).
I have a proven track record of delivering complex high profile programmes ahead of their time, cost and performance targets. I am equally comfortable rolling my sleeves up to help solve real life practical problems as well as designing broad visionary strategy. I am happy to travel and have experience of working in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and Africa.
